This was a very clean and friendly place to stay! The w/c accessible rooms were great and was easy to get my mom in and out of the vehicle and into the room. The view was really nice too. It was a secure and safe place to stay!
After an unpleasant attempted stay at a previous hotel, the Comfort Inn in Pioneer was a very nice. Walked up to the counter and had our door key in two minutes. Fresh lemon water in the lobby late at night was refreshing after a long drive. Room was only $90 after tax and was very large. We were given a handicap accessible room, which we didn't ask for but that was no problem. Very clean room, smelled great, everything worked as intended. We would recommend this hotel to anyone passing by. Tip: Become a free Choice Privileges members for a $10-15 discount.
I love being in downtown Cleveland where there's so much to walk to. The staff has all been excellent. Breakfast is great as usual.
This place does it right! The service and room were outstanding and the pool was great. Breakfast was awesome and the cook is a wonderful woman with great conversation. We'll be staying here again soon.
Very nice hotel for the money! Found a coupon for 74.99 in one of the road side rest areas. Room was clean and comfortable and the employees very nice. Would definitely recommend. Just need bigger signs when u get there to find the motel.
